Hey, what do you think about the “new media” that everyone is talking about. I have to say that I think we are finally honoring the original intent of the Internet. No, no, I don’t mean when the Department of Defense started it. I mean when regular people got involved and a vision of pure unbridled communication blossomed. Well, here we are finally. The Internet is not just for selling Beannie Babies!!!! It is for sharing and learning about each other.
Back to the “new media.” People have to give things such trite names, don’t they? The new media is blogs, Facebook, Digg, del.icio.us, and the like. Some power hungry bloggers get all hot to be known as an “influential blooger,” but that shit just seems to be stuck on certain individuals. I myself, love to put my favorite things on my del.icio.us account. Most of the stuff up there is about NXTbook, but not all. Go see what I am thinking about at http://del.icio.us/stonecat.
